PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND PROCESSING POLICY
In compliance with Statutory Law 1581 of 2012, which sets out general provisions for the protection of personal data, it informs the community with which it has any link or relationship that the personal data provided to the institution form part of its own database and are collected for the fulfillment of the legal functions of the Entity.
The data voluntarily provided will be safeguarded under high security standards and will be treated with confidentiality and transparency, thereby guaranteeing the right to privacy, to intimacy and to the honor of the good name of the personal data collected.
At any time you may request the updating or rectification of your personal data, as well as be informed of the processing the institution has given to them, and likewise submit requests and ask for revocation where appropriate.

In compliance with Decree 1377 of 2013, which regulates Law 1581 of 2012, MAKEOVER COLOMBIA asks users, suppliers or contractors, and other interested parties, to allow it, freely, voluntarily and on an informed basis, to collect, store, process (use, delete, update and handle) and dispose of the data they are providing.
MAKEOVER COLOMBIA, in accordance with the terms set out in Article 10 of Decree 1377 of 2013, is expressly and unequivocally authorized to store, maintain and manage all the data and information that, in the course of the processes of image use for the purpose of digital marketing, contracting and administrative management, it has obtained from the Data Subject, unless the contrary is stated directly, expressly and unequivocally within thirty (30) business days counted from the publication or receipt of this Communication.
