A decision you should not have to make alone
We take care of the three stages that actually matter: the consultation that answers your questions before you commit, the procedure itself, and the recovery days that follow. You should understand every step before you take it.

The question is rarely only about looks
Almost nobody arrives with a single question. People arrive wondering whether this is the right moment, whether the result will match what they picture, how much it will hurt, how many days they need, who will look after them while they recover, and what happens if something does not go to plan.
That is where our work starts, not in the operating room. The consultation exists to answer those questions plainly, even when the honest answer is that now is not the right time, or that the procedure you had in mind is not the one your case calls for. Leaving a consultation still unsure does not count as having been assessed.
Three stages, the same attention
01
Before
A personal assessment, a review of your medical history, and a frank conversation about what the procedure can achieve and what it cannot.
02
During
The procedure takes place in licensed operating rooms, with the surgeon whose speciality matches your case, an anaesthesiologist and a full surgical team.
03
After
Continuous medical follow up, lymphatic drainage therapy, a clinical nutrition plan and nursing support at our recovery house until you fly home.
What is already handled when you land
If you are travelling from abroad, logistics weigh as much as the procedure itself. Here is what you do not have to arrange on your own:
- Assessment consultations and follow up appointments
- The surgical procedure with the full medical team
- Airport transfers on arrival and departure
- Private transport to consultations and to surgery
- Accommodation at the recovery house while you heal
- Meals supervised by a clinical nutritionist
- A qualified nurse available around the clock
- Postoperative care until you are cleared to travel
What we cover at every stage
We coordinate the services that surround your procedure:
Plastic surgery
Surgical team fees, anaesthesiology, operating room and support staff.
Recovery care
Close postoperative attention, lymphatic drainage therapy and wound care throughout your recovery.
Nutrition
A personal nutrition plan with an anti inflammatory focus, to support healing and how you feel day to day.
Am I a candidate?
Not everyone is a candidate right now, and knowing that early saves time and disappointment. These are the criteria we review during the assessment:
- Your health: good general health and, if you have conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or heart disease, that they are treated and under control.
- Stable weight: a weight close to healthy, with no major recent or planned changes, because gaining or losing a lot alters the result.
- Tobacco and nicotine: no smoking or nicotine, including vaping, for several weeks before and after, because it slows healing and raises the risk of complications.
- Medications: everything you take, including blood thinners, anti-inflammatory drugs, supplements, and herbal products, because some increase bleeding and need to be adjusted beforehand.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding: cosmetic surgery is generally postponed if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, and sometimes also if you plan a pregnancy soon.
- Realistic expectations: a clear idea of what surgery can and cannot achieve; the goal is improvement, not perfection.
- Preoperative tests and anesthesia: medical history, physical exam, lab tests, and an anesthesia assessment to confirm that surgery is safe for you.
Meeting these criteria does not guarantee that you are a candidate, and not meeting one is not always a final no: sometimes it is enough to wait or make adjustments first. Your medical evaluation decides, based on your case.
Why Bogotá
Colombia became a medical travel destination for a simple reason: the relationship between the quality of care and what that care costs. Bogotá holds much of that capacity, with direct flights from the main cities across the Americas.
Our clinic sits in Capital Towers, on Calle 24, a short drive from El Dorado airport. For someone travelling, that means fewer long journeys on the days you least feel like moving.
What our patients tell us
